  I have not had any personal contact with DR Belott. I have tried to contact him at his office but I was rudely hung up on by his office manager and receptionists Mary Razo numerous times. Mary tried to give me some Hydrocodone as payment for a debt she owes to me. I turned all the pills into the Sheriff’s Department. I am concerned Mary Razo had access to DR Belott’s prescription-pad and she may be abusing alcohol and pain killers.
  
  Mary Razo has a bi-polar disorder due to a methamphetamine addiction of more than 10 years. Mary is also an alcoholic and frequently brags about working in the adult entertainment industry after she has been drinking. Mary also has numerous DWI on her record. Apparently, the doctor failed to conduct a background check.
  
  DR Belott’s office manager is fully aware of Mary’s behavior but allows it because she smitten and has a crush on her. Mary typically uses seductive behavior to manipulate the people around her to get what she desires.
