  When you need dental implants, have an oral surgeon put them in, not a regular dentist. Dr. Gadler is a surgeon. He has done two implants for me so far and every dentist that has seen them comments how well done they are. Getting three more with him next month.
  Good dude, he will explain everything to you in language you will understand.

  Dr Gadler is arrogant and degrading to his staff and patients. He treats people as if they are below him and seems to have everyone in his office on edge. As far as his work he is great at what he does but pushes you to get things done that you did not intend to do and you will wait in the chair while his finance department runs back and forth calling your insurance company and coming back with quotes for treatments you don't want until hours later just get up and leave. I went to trust dental in TJ and got the treatment plan he quoted me for for 1/3 of the money and was treated with respect and they did an amazing job. The office staff is wonderful and I feel horrible that they have to work for this man. Go somewhere else and get treated like a human and not a bank!!!!
