  If you looking for a different workout everyday for strength and conditioning then this is the place. The coaches are VERY patient and will work will you to get the proper boxing technique down from beginning to the end. The staff and members are really friendly making it more like a family environment. I myself come go to the gym at least 4 times a week and consider myself pretty fit but started to get bored with the same routine. If your looking for something that is challenging and different each session, then Bomber Squad is the place.
