  Located in a strip mall, this restaurant has no decor, very simple to explain it. It wasn't the cleanest when I went in...it seemed there was some sort of dinner rush on a weekday, so things seemed confused. I wasn't greeted but sat down, and took over 5 minutes to get the order in by the waiter. The menu is not that extensive but has something from the usual areas.
  
  I got the fresh spring rolls...which are just okay and do taste fresh. I got the 19 plain pho/noodle soup regular size. Coming to the table, it's a decent portion, and it did look good...but looks are deceiving. The broth was low-okay...it seemed more peppery than chicken/beef flavorful. The noodles were also cooked a little too long, since they broke apart when trying to scoop them up...making it difficult to eat.
  
  Overall, the quality wasn't as good as I expect, but the food is edible.
